Lee Crowther is the Founder and President of Driven Forward Racing, a purpose-driven motorsports organization built on the belief that racing can be a platform for positive community impact. A disabled veteran, Lee brings a leadership style rooted in service, accountability, and integrity. He founded Driven Forward Racing to combine competitive motorsports with ethical operations, transparency, and giving back. Through disciplined management and a strong emphasis on community support, Lee leads the organization with a focus on long-term sustainability, teamwork, and making a measurable difference both on and off the track.
